Is my ticket refundable?
All ticket sales are final. Once you purchase your ticket your spot in the game is locked in! No refunds or exchanges.
Where does the game take place?
Scroll & Seek is a digital treasure hunt that takes place at specific locations announced at the time of each game. As long as you physically have access to the announced location and a smartphone you can play! Location details will be included in your game time email.
How will I receive my game instructions?
Game instructions and your hunt list will be delivered directly to your email at game time. Make sure to save your confirmation emails as your order number is your Player ID!
How is the winner determined?
The first player to correctly submit all required photos through our official submission form wins! all submissions are automatically timestamped so the winner is determined fairly and transparently.
Can I play from anywhere in the country?
Yes! Scroll & Seek is currently available to players located in the United States only. As long as you have access to the announced game location and a smart phone you are ready to play. International expansion is coming soon so stay tuned!
How do I submit my proof?
At game time you will receive a link to our official submission form. every photo must clearly show your face and hand written Player ID number in the frame as the item you found. Any submission missing either your face or Player ID will be automatically disqualified. No exceptions!
How do I know this is legitimate?
Every submission is automatically timestamped the moment it is received. Winner announcements are posted publicly on socials for you to see the proof for yourself. We are committed to full transparency with every game!
