Scroll & Seek is a digital skill based competition. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ticket sales: All ticket sales are final. No refunds exchanges or transfers will be issued under any circumstances once a ticket has been purchased.

Eligibility: Scroll & Seek is currently open to players in the United States only at this time. 

Skill based competition: Scroll and seek is a skill based competition. Winners are determined solely by the speed and accuracy of their submissions. This is not a game of chance or gambling. The fastest player to correctly submit all required items wins. 

No purchase necessary: no purchase is necessary to request information about the game. To request game information without purchasing a ticket contact us at playscrollandseek@gmail.com

Participation at your own risk: All players participate in Scroll & Seek at their own risk. Scroll & Seek is NOT responsible for any injuries accidents or incidents that occur while participating in the game. Please be aware of your surroundings at all times and be respectful of others while in stores or other locations the game might be held.

Submissions and disqualification: All photo submissions must clearly show the players face and their handwritten Player ID number in the same frame as the required item. Any submissions missing either will be automatically disqualified. Scroll & Seek reserves the right to disqualify any player found to be in violation of these rules without refund. 

Winner Determination: Winners are determined by the timestamp of their submission and the accuracy of their photos. All submissions are automatically timestamped the moment they are received. Winner announcements will be posted publicly on our Tiktok and Instagram pages.  

Limitation and Liability: Scroll & Seek its owners and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the game.
